It was intended for this path to be a circuitous route around this woodland but for some reason the path petered out leaving a final waymarker pointing into the void.

From the 'Loudoun Gowf Club' GC2Y33F head west along the feint meandering track that takes you close to the second fairway. The track ends at a woodland seat that somehow managed to avoid being wrecked by a fallen tree. Sit a while and listen to the woodland sounds whilst keeping your eyes open for roe deer.
