Welcome to Cimsagro4's version of geocaching Monopoly!! This is only 1 of 22 property caches in this series. This is a series which is meant to be nothing more than geocaching fun.

In each cache which you find throughout this series you will need to sign the log, just like any other cache, but you will also have the opportunity to record a special number which will be located in or near the final container. There will be a number in each property you find with the exception of "Park Place" and "Boardwalk". In fact, the only way you can find those two high end properties is to have every number from the 20 previous properties.

There will be no 4 or 5 star difficulty cache's, if we can resist. Most caches will be in the moderately difficulty range, hovering right around 2 or 3 star difficulty levels. Hopefully it will only take one visit to find the cache, but I know from experience that some caches take more than one visit. There will be no lamp skirts or guardrail hides and all are pretty easy walks, with the exception of the Marvin Gardens night cache adventure.

You will be able to walk right up to some and snag them quick but don't get used to that on all of these Monopoly caches, you will see some hides which are unique and different and will require you to think a bit. Every cache is either in the form of a Traditional or Multi cache, except for three of them. So there will be 19 traditional or multi caches, and 3 "puzzle" caches. Marvin Gardens will be a night cache which will be listed as an "unknown" cache. The other two properties listed as "unknown" will be Park Place and Boardwalk. You will need 10 numbers to find Park Place and another 10 to find Boardwalk. Good luck and have fun.

If you find a cache and realize you have lost your number for it, we will e-mail it to you upon request. Please take your time with these and have fun with it, it is not a challenge but a series.....Geocaching is meant to be fun and enjoyable, that is why the Monopoly guy says "Why so Serious?".....its just a game!!

This particular cache is located just off a running/biking/jogging sidewalk or trail. It is a TWO part multi cache and could be difficult for some to find. The first waypoint and final are both on the same trail, the hike should be fairly short depending on where you find parking. This cache was courtesy of "Mrs." Cimsagro, who knew she could be so devilish.......There are many different entry points for the trail. Don't forget to record your number and most of all, thank you for playing!!
