This replaces the Farmington River #1 cache that we had near here. Since it was the first in our series, we didn't want to completely get rid of it. It would seem funny to have a #2 and a #3 in a series without a #1. So here we are with #1-A.
We moved the cache location closer to the parking lot. It is now further away from the fishermen and not too far from the trail. The cache is a standard lock-and-lock container. It can hold trade items, trackable items and geo-coins.
The parking lot here has a year round porta-potty which could come in handy. There is a total of five geocaches in this park currently, and the muggle population on these trails is low!
