We had a fabulous day of all sorts of caching fun on the Magical Mystery Cache Crawl Tour on
June 4, 2011 and it was in large part thanks to the wonderful
planning and work by RikJaxon and KU Jayhawk. THANK YOU!
This hide is along the very pleasant Green Bay Trail in Winnetka.
You should NOT cross the fence toward the train tracks. The cache
is nowhere near any tracks. You can either access the trail from
the south (e.g., at Ash and Maple) or from the north (at Pine
St.).
You may be better off wearing boots as you approach this, it will
depend on the time of year. (I didn't have them on as I placed the
cache even though some nearby areas were muddy so it's not the
worst access, but it's not the easiest.) How long it takes you to
find this will depend on GPS signal and possibly a bit of luck.
It's not an easy area, but not too tough either. It should make for
a fun little caching search. If you need a nudge, check the hint.

As I set out, I expected this container to be the replacement for
one that had gone missing so I'm sorry to say that it has no swag
to start. It's large enough for smaller trade items, coins and
smaller TBs. Enjoy!
