This should be a fairly easy cache, as it is hidden in a low traffic area. If done correctly, you should not have to climb onto the grassy knoll. The cache is within reach while standing on the pavement. *A huge thanks goes out to Gundark2000 for all the help with this cache while I'm out of town on business trips!*
