The Puruna Kotawehara temple is easy to locate by a white dagoba on hill top. It lies close to the busy town Wellawaya at the A4 Highway. Just 2.7 km east from Wellawaya busstand. Climb to the top and enjoy an awesome view all around. Visit the new painted temple and find ancient relicts.
