Von Sexten aus richtung Berg Station Helm/Waldkapelle beginnt der Besinnungsweg.
Partendo da Sesto Centro in direzione Monte Elmo/Cappella del Bosco, si percorre un bellissimo sentiero che si chiama "Sentiero della Meditazione" dove si trova la nostra Cache; proseguendo e passando per il "Sentiero delle favole e delle Fiabe" raggiungeremo la Cappella del Bosco. Fino alla Cache ci vogliono circa 1,5 ore da Sesto con passo leggero.

Von Sexten aus richtung Berg Station Helm/Waldkapelle beginnt der Besinnungsweg . Von dort weiter ein kurzes Waldstück immer an der Sonnenseite des Sextentales mit wunderschönen Ausblicken aufs Tal.
Mit ein wenig ruhe und Geduld braucht man etwa 1.5 Stunde von Sexten aus.
