This cache is part of the NEPA Wandering series of things that I have encountered while on my way here and there.
Wandering around northeastern Pennsylvania has proven to be very interesting. There are hidden gems around every corner. To get the full effect of this cache, approach it traveling Southeast on 309 and go through the tunnel. That is the point after all.
