Makepeace WMA
Creek Road off of Weymouth-Elwood Road, Route 623
I have had my eye on this road for quite some time and finally today was the day for placing some caches along this stretch of the WMA. This dirt road is wide and 2wd drivable and also a bit bumpy at times but still should be no problem for most cachers.
The cache is a short easy walk down the wide trail after parking. Medium size camoed pill bottle with some trade items. Was taking this trail down to the lake but came across two different duck hunting blinds on the lake edge so decided to head back and place this cache along the trail instead. Should be an easy find as most cachers have seen this type hide before. Please replace the log back inside the holder after signing this one.
There are active caches around here placed by other cachers over by the main lake entrance and throughout the WMA on the other side of the highway so while here be sure to look for those as well if you are able and enjoy the area during your visit!
