1) It is at the foot of the block the coordinates lead you to. (Try using Google Maps if GPS does not work).
2) Where below a HDB flat can you find a "POTTED garden"? You'll find it there.
This is wmXD's first cache ever!
What used to be a striking half-pink ball is now a big blue Zip-Lock bag as the ball went missing, so please be careful of muggles!
