If my coordinates are any good this should be a really easy one. The Highway Patrol officer and UDOT approved.
There are no " no trespassing" signs here. The intention, as explained by UDOT, was to prohibit vehicles coming into the area and using it a "reststop", sleeping here, using the bathrooms, etc. The spot will not be maintained so the barriers were put in place. Park outside the barriers and just walk in find the cache and walk out again. It shouldn't be a big problem. If you have never talked while in line or in the lunchroom or failed to fold your arms while walking down the hall....or stepped out of the line, this one may not be for you.
