Geocache Description:

Cache is near the shore of the Rondout Creek.
A kayak or canoe is needed to get to the cache
There is a boat launch and parking of RT213 in High Falls above the power dam

the cache is a small lock & lock with a rock on top of it. Cache was placed while sitting in my kayak.

If you keep an eye out you may see a large snapping turtle that hangs out in this area of the creek.
