This two stage multi-cache features a Stage 1 clue container, leading to a nearby final stage.
This cache will require you to solve a clue in order to progress from the first stage to the final stage. Bring your own pencil- and watch for muggles. Be aware that the final stage may not always be accessible, but usually is.
