This is a two-part puzzle. The second part is easy, but the first will take a bit of map work.
The coords for the first location are made up of only the numbers 1 through 12, each used once. The digits of each of the two-digit numbers may be separated by a space or decimal point in the coords, but the two digits cannot be otherwise moved or rearranged. You can find a few possible combinations that will fit this pattern, and that (of course) conform to the rules regarding puzzle cache final locations. Those possible locations are all in the same general area, and you will want to choose the one that is closest to the posted coords.
When you arrive at this spot, you will see a lady's picture, along with some information, containing several numbers. Take the second two-digit number that appears, and subtract that value from the north portion of the coords you determined in the first step. The bottom line of the information contains three digits. Treat them as a three-digit number, subtract eight, and add that result to the west coords. At that final location, you should find the container, which is attached magnetically.
NOTE... THE CACHE HAS BEEN MOVED A FEW FEET AWAY. AT THE ORIGINAL FINAL LOCATION YOU SHOULD SEE A METAL POLE STICKING UP FROM THE GROUND. GO WEST FROM THERE TO THE ELECTRICAL COVER IN THE GROUND, AND THE CACHE IS THERE. USE THE HINT IF NEEDED.
