Geocache Description:

So there is a nice stop to rest on your way up or down this steep hill or to watch people zoom past on the flight line. Nice shady area.

If you don't already have a tax deductible membership then you can go to (visit link) to get a ticket to the park. Parking is $7 unless you have a diamond membership. There are other ticket packages available that will get you into multiple parks. Parking for non members is $10.
