Geocache Description:

A cache along the Elgin Trail

The Elgin Trail runs 41 km from Port Stanley on Lake Erie through St Thomas and Payne's Mills just west of Talbotville on Highway #3 and up to meet the Thames Trail above the 401. The trail follows Kettle Creek as it winds through central Elgin County.

The trail is well marked with white blazes, but is not well used so it is overgrown at times.
