Two Stage Multi-cache. Final can be Muggle heavy but not really a problem, as the red painted ammo can is bolted down and locked.
Listed coordinates brings you to where the Lumberjack USED to stand. Stand there and retrieve the key. Once you have the key go to the Lumberjack and find the cache.
Hidden with permission of the business. Too large to fit in a closet, so it's not.
