This cache is at a fishing access site located on State land. You can drive right to this cache but first you must find what one cacher called the "Secret Road". Get on the frontage road off I-90 using either exit 343 or 350. Then you must turn off the frontage road south to go north. Note: "Secret road" leaves frontage road on south side of the Interstate, almost but not quite directly south of the cache and goes under both frontage road and interstate.
This fishing access site was secured by cooperation from Joe Brooks Chapter of Trout Unlimited, Highland Livestock and 8 other fishing oriented groups and businesses. Some years ago, Highland Livestock was a market hog operation but now is a cattle operation with hay and grain. Because of the hog operation, the fishing access site became know as Pig Farm. At times, there are some cattle in the area. Please shoo them off gently if they are near the cache. The cache is located well away from the boat ramp and muggles should not be a problem. You may want to bring your fishing gear and try your luck.
