Geocache Description:

Wreay Ramble - a circular walk of nine caches.

The route was intended to be done clockwise, but feel free to tackle it any way you wish! There are even a couple of drive-bys which could be done in isolation if you don't have the time or inclination to do the full series. Paths through the woods can get very muddy so wear suitable footwear and watch your step.

Other possible caches to grab en route are GC1TPCO: Three Bridges J.42 (Revived - again!) and GC19YCP: No bears, only butterflies revised. No detours required for either.

Total length of circuit is just over 4.5 miles (7.5km) - see suggested route map (below).

From the suggested parking take the public footpath under the M6 and alongside Newbiggin Wood.
