We've been holding events to watch the full moon rise at this
location for several months now. Each time, we note how much trash
is left behind by others and marvel at the interesting things that
are discarded.
We'd like to give back to the area by trying to clean up the area a
bit, before the next full moon rises. Trash bags will be provided,
but you will need to provide your own gloves and or trash picker
uppers. A separate bin for recycling will be provided. The cleanup
event will begin at 6:00pm, and will end at 7:30pm. We will try to
get additional sponsors besides the West End Geocachers to provide
trash bags and beverages. Water will be provided for drinking and
hand washing. Dress appropriately.
