When I saw this place, I knew there had to be a cache here just because of its name. Many of us have been touched by the resiliency and strength of the citizens of Joplin after the terrible May 22 tornado. This place is called New Hope, and that says a lot about Joplin and the area.
This cache is a paint ball canister with a log and trade items in it. There is also a green George for the ftf. There is a place to park and you will walk across level ground. Because of the nature of this place, please show respect and do not attempt it after dark. The area is typically mowed and critters should not be a problem. Enjoy.
