Once you find the coordinates you are at the building. This is an inside cache available when the building is open. Times are posted on the door or below. There are a couple ways to find it. Use the iPad computers placed around the building to look up "Geocaching" and then read the description under the "Title Notes" tab on the screen, use any other device (there is free wi-fi available), and go to www.publiclibrary.cc/catalog and search using the information above -- or you can cheat a little and go straight to the hint although that may take you a little longer to find it.
