Geocache Description:

Cache located at the Ink Bottle, outside Piltown Co. Kilkenny. My in-laws would mention the Ink Bottle along with the Water Tower when they spoke about their home town of Piltown. So now that I have relocated to the area, and Peig has a cache at the Water Tower I thought I would set one at the Ink Bottle. Cache is too small for a pen, so please bring your own.

Detached single-bay two-storey Classical-style gate lodge, c.1775, on an octagonal plan with two-bay single-storey return/wing to north. Now disused Set back from the line of road in grounds shared with Belline House, Piltown, Co Kilkenny The first cache I have hidden.
