honeychile: I'm very sorry but Virginia's Department of Transportation ("VDOT") has forbidden placement of caches on property which it owns or maintains for the State. We received communication from VDOT stating, "The land adjoining VDOT Rest Areas is VDOT property for actions under the Virginia Administrative Code." Thus I am forced to archive this listing, unless you have explicit written permission from the owner or manager of the property (in which case, I would be glad to unarchive the listing) Otherwise, please retrieve your cache and find another hiding place well away from VDOT-maintained property.
