Geocache Description:

The final resting place for many current-day "stagecoaches"...

The container is a camo'd 35mm containing a log. Please bring your own pen.



I first encountered this old stagecoach route four years ago, headed for Paseo de Padre (GC71D7). My log that day read:

March 24, 2007 by LFoucht:
"Out early on a foggy morning--the fog actually seemed to follow me up the trail...Loved the green hills, but wondered about the car/truck graveyard about a quarter mile this side of the cache."

Returning today to attempt the wonderful new group of caches which now line the route, I wondered about that old graveyard--rusted bodies resting at the bottom of the canyon.

Sure enough, it was still there.
