This is located in an area my friends and I would play paintball back in the 20's century. (none of the materials we brought out here, it was all garbage that was already dumped and we just re-arranged)
The area is next to power lines but NOT under them. It's an area with walking trails that's walked quite often by local residents and accessible from the neighborhood adjacent to the area.
