Baxter County Cementary Cache. There are numerous cemeteries in Baxter County, from the very large to the very small with only a few residents . This series will take you all around the county highlighting these areas. We hope you enjoy visiting these cemeteries and please be respectful of the area.
This cemetery posed a conundrum for us. We knew there had been a cache here before and we thought there should be again but we could not find it at first. After driving around in search of it and not finding it, I thought we were going to have to go home to find the original cache coordinates. Just then I happened to look at just the right moment and saw headstones. The next problem was that the small sign read "Reed's Grove" instead of Baker which is what I was looking for. There is a headstone half hidden by a bush close to the entrance with Baker on it but the majority of the stones that I looked at were Reed.
You will be looking for a painted throat lozenge tin.
