Most of my caches are placed in areas for a couple weeks to a month before I release them, it is good that way. This one I had in place for about a month and it went missing, it was an ammo box. The business closed then went out and took every last crumb. I spoke to the new owner and we decided on this container, It has been ready for 2 weeks now and I don't think it will move, and yes installed with permission. Rest after or before a long day of caching in Pasco you can get Hot or Cold here just as long as you get the cache! You need to know five / eight / nine. Great place for all TB's
