Water Treatment Mystery Cache

This is the fifth in a series of caches placed by the Town of Warrenton Parks and Recreation Department. There are several avid Geocachers on site and we thought this would be a lot of fun. It is our goal to support Geocaching and introduce new people to our sport who will enjoy it as much as we do.
Now a bit about this cache.... Yes, it is located next to the water treatment plant at the Aquatic Center, but that's just a coincidence! Finding it was the easy part,now getting the cache out to sign the log is a bit different than you're used to. The name is actually the clue on how you should go about getting this one. It's easier if you bring someone to help you; and besides, Geocaching is always more fun with a friend, anyhow. PLEASE DO NOT USE A STICK, OR BREAK THE CACHE IN AN ATTEMPT TO RETRIEVE THE LOG! If you need "supplies", come on in the WARF for a while, we're always happy to have visitors. This is not the usual micro hanging from a tree park and grab cache. We hope you have fun with this one!
