Geocache Description:

Although there are 9 caches in the series, only 3 of the 9 will have numbers for the coordinates of the final cache. Write those numbers down, they will allow you solve the mystery. Those caches having the numbers will identify the murderer, weapon used and the room the murder occurred in. So if you’re lucky you can solve the mystery without finding all 9 caches.

Who Killed Bigbucks?

Josiah Bigbucks, although outrageously rich was not well liked. Basically he was a jerk and disliked by all. He had several friends (if you can call them that), and family members who would benefit from his death. One night while giving his annual birthday geobash, Josiah was murdered, quite gruesome really. Your job is to identify the murderer, the weapon used and the room he was murdered in.

Miss Scarlett was Josiah’s niece and known for her rich tastes and shopping sprees. As her guardian, Josiah threatened to cut off her allowance unless she mended her ways and stopped needlessly wasting money. Scarlett was horrified at this thought, fearing her friends would dump her if the money flow stopped.

Professor Plum had known Josiah for years and Josiah had promised to fund his research on the feeding habits of the grizzled snipe. Josiah had a change of heart and decided the grizzled snipe just wasn’t worth funding. Without the funding Professor Plum didn’t stand a chance of finishing his research and saw his opportunity at tenure fading.

Reverend Green was Josiah’s confidant and “friend”? Some time ago, during a drunken moment the Reverend confessed to embezzling money from the church to pay for his mistress. Josiah threatened to go public with the information unless Reverend Green came clean and repaid the money. Josiah didn’t care about the mistress, only money was sacred to Josiah.

All the suspects had means, motive and opportunity to want Josiah dead. Your job is to find the guilty party.
