No, you don´t need to swim to get this cache. The coordinates are bogus, but it does have something to do with water.
This is a bonus cache to Sennet Park, so to get the coordinates, you have to start with that cache. They are written on the logsheet inside the cache.
If you thought that Food Galore was scary, wait until you have tried this one. Especially if our littly furry guard is outside. He will tell you exactly what he thinks of people snooping around our house. He is actually very friendly, but he doesn´t sound like it.
If he is out, it also means that we are at home, so if you want to say hi, you can ring the doorbell. You can also get some witches brew (ie strong Swedish coffee) if you like.
