I often forget to put pens in my new caches. People email me wondering why, while I wonder why they would go caching without a pen in the first place. I remembered the pen on this one but forgot everything else. Although there is a pen, it wont do you much good, so you might want to B.Y.O.P.!
Enjoy a nice country back-road drive along the Tillamook River. There is parking close by but may be occupied by fishermen as it seems to be a decent little hole for bank fishing. Keep the kiddies and Fido's inside for this one though, narrow shoulders and tight corners here.
