Geocache Description:


This old factory is long gone now. I really have to look up what kind of factory it was. You will see what is left of the foundation. Unfortunately, you will see some trash out here too. What a shame. People can be so thoughtless! Anyhow, this backside of the factory had a big furnace going all the time and the black smoke will fill the air and my grandmother would run outside to get the clothes off the line cause everything would turn black when they started burning!
As I said on another cache, it smelled awful too! Where was the EPA back then? Well, happy hunting!
UPDATE! I just found out that this factory was "The South Jersey Asphalt Plant". LOL No wonder everything turned black!LOL
