While out doing some cache maintance with T-Man we came to this spot in the road that Screamed cache.
I reached into my bag of tricks and found the perfict container for this spot. This is a Bottle Cap cache in plain sight so fiding it will not be the hard part, but signing the log may be.
The difficulty level of 4 is due to what you will have to do to retreive and replace the container.
If you can not replace the container in it's resting spot then please come back when you have the Right Stuff.
