A church nano. Only room for log so please bring a pencil to make your log entry.
Cache placed with the kind permission of the churchwardens of St Matthew's Church.
The church was built in Norman times and was at first dedicated to Our Lady and later to St Matthew.
It has several interesting features of medieval craftmanship.
The bell tower contains a set of 8 bells, the back 6 of which are the oldest set of ringing bells in the country.
In the 1990's an American family with the surname Harwell, who were doing family research came over to visit and donated a stained glass window to the church.
Do come in and visit after you have found the cache.
“If anybody would like to expand to this series please do, I would just ask that you could let Sadexploration know first so he can keep track of the Church numbers and names to avoid duplication.
There is also a Church Micro Stats page found via the Bookmark list”
You are looking for a magnetic nano.
