Four-State Lookout Cache Traditional Cache

This is a second placement after the first cache under the lookout, disappeared. So now it is located on the road from/to the outlook! The coords will take you to the spot that has the cache. When you find it, place it back in the same position and make sure you snap the 4 latches on the lid securely.

Note: Terrain can be a bit tricky. It has changed greatly from when it first was placed but still the best area not to be spotted by those visiting the lookout. I have added a hint to help if it takes more then 5 minutes.
