Geocache Description:

The GPS Coordinates are for the mooring buoy of the famous dive site, the Capt Keith Tibbett's shipwreck. From the buoy descend to the base of the mooring line to about 60 ft. Swim on a heading of 100 degrees for about 30 kicks along the length of the ship. At a depth of 55 ft., inside a large opening mid-ship, is a yellow Pelican case. NOTE: The boat has shifted and broken in two, so exact coordinates are tricky. Cache is near the stern.

In true pirate form we love to hunt for treasure, and we share the bounty of scuba diving with our friends with different abilities. Pirates have always taken care of their own, giving high regard for their comrades injured in battle, with peg legs, hooks or wheelchairs, they remain essential members of the crew and get their cut of the booty. Learn more about these pirates and how you can help them celebrate life after injury at divepirates.org.
