Ok at first I didn't think it was possible to get one single new cache in this area but, poof! there was a spot left. When I was a young girl I grew up near the ocean in Long Island. My mother would often tell me that you knew when a storm was approaching when the leaves of a tree would turned upside down and appear to shimmer in the light. Today when I was placing this cache the tree leaves here were doing exactly that, shimmering. It seemed like a fitting name for the cache.
