Everyone always talks about Cache in - Trash out, but no one ever talks about CITO's poor little cousin Trash In - Cache Out. Here's a cache dedicated to TICO. Just for good measure this cache was placed near the Skagit County Recycling and Transfer station to remind everyone to Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle!
Cache can hold small swag or small trackables. Please CITO while you're looking for TICO! :)
