The loop is approximately 9km, with an elevation change of 360m.
It should take approximately 3.5 hours plus any time you want to
spend for lunch or taking photos on the route. The terrain is a
mixture of green lanes, animal tracks and cross country. Never
assume that moss has rock beneath it - there are many grikes in the
limestone. The usual gear applies - sturdy walking boots,
waterproofs, rucksack, fluid, snacks, mobile phone. To download the

This cache is a PET preform container. Doing this cache on its
own should take a little less than 1 hour. Otherwise move on to
Oughtmama Loop #2 - Slieve
