The given coordinates aren't for the cache but they are for a notice board. You'll need to take some info from there to solve this equation:

You need to ignore the '&' symbol from the sign board.
You'll be in the wide open at the final, so please keep an eye out for muggles and make sure you re-hide well. There is a stile to cross and cows in the field.
