Geocache Description:

Bring a pen

If you are visiting from out of town take time to drive up the Range Road to the Yukon Arts Centre and the Yukon College - great views over town and nice easy walks.

This is a nice place to ride or walk - great for dogs. You can park near the College Residence. There are a couple paths that will get you going in the right direction starting from the residence. Get yourself under the power lines and walk under them until you see the marsh. The trail that I took follows an interpretive trail called "Yukon Boreal Worlds". You can pick up a free interpretive map from Yukon Conservation Society or the College book store that will guide you along the way. I didn't do that but think in the future I'll pick one up as there are so many paths back there. The trail has stumps with blue markings on them and posts with arrows to keep you moving in the right direction. It is easy to do these 5 caches in less than an hour on a leisurely walk. I recommend approaching them in this order: 1. Fishing Hole, 2. Past the Marsh, 3. Lotsa Luppins, 4.Bridge over not so troubled water 5. Couldn't find a stump.

Often the coordinates read accurate only to 20 feet or so.
