This challenge is inspired by the other Sioux Falls Challenge Caches we enjoy.
Living and traveling in a motorhome, our 'next-door' neighbors change frequently. Geocaching events provide us friends and "neighbors" wherever we are parked.
Besides finding and signing the cache log, you must also have attended an event in your home state and all the states whose borders abut your home state. (Province can be substituted for 'state' for those countries who use that term)
For example: A South Dakotan must have attended an event in SD, ND, Mt, Wy, Ne, Ia, Minn. (Yes, other state residents may have less of a challenge event-wise. Living in the "middle" has other rewards.)
All past events qualify, as do all kinds of events...Mega, club meet, Flash Mob, Cito, etc. Please list the state of the event, month and year attended on your cache page log.
Cache is at coordinates given. Extra stealth necessary if RVs or cars are parked near GZ, usually during RockFest and Fair. Never, ever walk through an occupied campsite.

(Difficulty raised on the advice and suggestion of respected area cache owners. Cache container is a '1.5' find but challenge is much more difficult and deserves a higher stat reward for those who complete it.)
