Lord Stirling: Unfortunately the cache owner did not take action in response to my previous log so this is being archived. Should the cache owner choose to replace/repair the cache it may be unarchived as long as it still complies with the guidelines.

You can park behind the college if you follow the road around to the left of the college. There is a path around the fenced in drainage pond.
The cache is tied to a bit of fabric which is tied around a rock. You should be able to see the rock that the fabric is tied around. Please make sure you replace it the same way it was hidden, because without the exposed ribbon, the cache will probably be close to impossible to find.
