Geocache Description:


This is the continuation of a series for, regrettably, a growing list of fallen heroes in the War on Terror from the Greater Los Angeles area.

About this cache location: HIGH muggle area! This is a residential area with the street lined with new condos. This cache is nestled safely away, but I have given this a higher difficulty rating because it is dangerous to less than cautious fingers! Tactile searching without a very good visual is not recommended! The area is patrolled by private neighborhood security on bikes.

This area basically a very wide center median where people can sit and enjoy the sun and snack on a park bench or take their dogs for nice leisurly walks, so bring Rover for this one!

This cache would be a good night snatch (in fact, a romantic snatch...) The area is totally handicap accessible with grabbing assistance and is a moderately difficult find. Bring a picnic snack as you may want to stay around to enjoy the scenery, people and dogs.
