An easy cache in an interesting location.
Chiltern Valley No 2 was one of the large gold-mining areas near Chiltern. The cache is located quite close to a beautiful bird-hide looking out over the large lake left from the gold-mining operations.
There is an excellent picnic area near the hide. You can park on Chiltern Valley Rd and walk 500metres along a track to the hide - from there it is 200m to GZ, Or go straight to GZ from the road. Either way theres a short steep climb.
Please replace the cache carefully.
Cache is a medium Systema container with logbook, pen, some coins, and 2 geocoins.

If you drive in through the gate off the parking area on the road, please DON'T drive off the main track in to the bird hide, as a couple of cachers have done recently. This is National Park and driving off roads is strictly forbidden!
