Park at Fishing Access on south side of River Road, hike west to river, take trail downstream. Cross small stream at N 40 33.029 - W 111 25.939. Look for dead tree on left at N 40 32.992 - W 111 25.971. You are close,look for clump of trees next to river bank. Hike takes only about 15 minutes...good birding and fishing. Bring a picnic.
