A tribute to this great country and the freedoms we enjoy, one of which is to use a multibillion dollar satellite system to play this fun game.
This cache is placed out of gratitute to all those who have gone before us and to those who currently serve to secure our liberty and safety.
The container might be easier to find than to open. Please DO NOT use a knife or scredriver of any kind to open this cache. It OPENS WITH LITTLE EFFORT IF OPENED AS INTENDED. Use the hints if you are having trouble getting it open.
It is starting with only two items, BOTH of which should STAY. One is the log book, the other is a resident by the name of FREE (short for FREEDOM). I will be adding some small magnetic flags and maybe a couple other items once I get them. You will be able to trade for those items.
It is only considered a puzzle cache because you need to figure out how to open it.
The cache is in a public area, not fenced off. If you approach from the East you will not need to bushwhack. Most of the time you will not need to worry about muggles.
Once again, please DO NOT force the container open and please leave FREE in his home.

May 28, 2012: Repaired and replaced in honor of Memorial Day and the Fourth of July. Unfortunately "Free" is no longer in the cache but I have replaced him with several magnetic flags and patriotic arm bracelets that can be taken or swapped. Please be careful with the shrubs. There is no need to bushwhack if you approach from the East (South of the tennis courts). Also remember not to force/pry the container open.
