A small cache near a pleasant walking track in Chiltern Mt Pilot National Park.
White Box Walking Track is an interesting 7km trail through varied landscapes and vegetation types in Chiltern Mt Pilot National Park. The trail starts at Honeyeater Picnic Area ( see Waypoint location) which has picnic tables and toilet.
The cache is about 5km along the track and about 100m from the highest point.
The name was inspired by the large number of goannas (or lace monitors) in the Park - chances are you will see one if you walk the whole track!
Cache can also be accessed cross-country from any one of 4 2wd roads. ( 3-500m walk...)
The cache is a small Systema container with log book, pencil and a few trinkets and coins.
No dogs!
