Geocache Description:

An appropriately camo'd bison tube near the site of Federal Coke Works. BYOP.

Federal Coke Works was located on what is now the Beaton Park Leisure Centre. Historical records show that 32 men were employed at the coke works in 1911. The coke works were closed in 1971. 10 years later the Leisure Centre was opened. Keep following the path towards the north to see the Beaton Park site.
